Santorini
Santorini or Thira is an island of the southern Aegean Sea, in the Cyclades complex. Due to the volcano which is active and has added some distinctive features to the island, such as the rich soil and the colourful beaches, Santorini is unique. The famous Caldera was created after a volcanic eruption, around 1613 BC. The traditional architecture, the fine wine, the beaches and the sunset are some of the reasons that make this island unforgettable.
